This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for JK Games development services.
Because game and app development involves custom planning, design, coding, testing, and time investment, payments for completed milestones are generally non-refundable.
If a client cancels before any work begins, a partial or full refund may be considered depending on payment method charges and administrative costs.
For milestone projects, refunds apply only to work not yet started. Completed designs, code, documentation, builds, or delivered assets are not refundable.
If delivered work does not match the agreed scope, we will provide corrections or revisions according to the project agreement.
Third-party fees, hosting, domains, software licenses, app store charges, paid assets, and external service costs are non-refundable.
