These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the JK Games website and development services.
JK Games provides mobile game development, application development, UI/UX design, publishing support, maintenance, and related digital services. Exact deliverables are defined in a written proposal or agreement.
Clients must provide clear requirements, required assets, references, and feedback. Any feature not included in the agreed scope may require additional cost and time.
Payments may be divided into milestones. Work may begin after the agreed advance payment is received. Final files may be delivered after completion of remaining payment.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, ownership rights for supplied assets, app store accounts, third-party service access, and timely feedback.
After full payment, agreed custom deliverables are transferred to the client unless otherwise stated. Third-party assets, plugins, SDKs, templates, or open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
We do not guarantee app store approval, advertising approval, revenue, downloads, rankings, or specific business outcomes. We provide development and support services based on agreed requirements.
